Entries should demonstrate an innovative approach to creating new business and outlines the timescales, objectives and results of the initiative. Judges will be looking for a standout business initiative that excels in scale, scope, or approach.

This Award will recognise a company that delivers exceptional customer service, supported by clear standards and robust performance monitoring.

• Please adhere to word counts where possible.
• Applications are invited from the Independent sector.
• Supporting material such as annual reports, graphs, videos, financial data and so on may be included.
