The Innovation & Service Development (Chain) Award recognises groundbreaking initiatives within the community pharmacy sector. This Award celebrates individuals and teams in multiple community pharmacies across Ireland whose innovative ideas or inventions have significantly improved – or have the potential to enhance – the patient experience across all areas of care.

The judging panel will seek projects that are both original and impactful, demonstrating measurable success and positive change.

Applications are welcomed from those who showcase passion, dedication, and a commitment to advancing community pharmacy in Ireland. Successful candidates will exhibit exceptional quality beyond standard expectations and a proven ability to overcome challenges in pursuit of their goals.

Guidelines for Entry:

• Application forms for awards entries must be received via email by Midnight, Friday 11th April 2025
• Please adhere to word counts where possible.
• Applications are invited from the Chain sector.
• Supporting material such as annual reports, graphs, videos, financial data and so on may be included.
